We’ve heard it before: your actions speak louder than your words. But it is so very true. Especially when it comes to your priorities. When you sit down and think about what is important to you, are you putting in the effort to get you there?
We hear it a lot when it comes to people’s health and wellness. They want to get in shape, they want to be healthier, but there is always something in the way. So you need to ask yourself:
- What is my health worth?
- How badly do I want to make a change to have a healthier lifestyle?
- What is preventing me from moving my body at least 1 hour each day?
Here is your challenge: for 1 week document your time. Write down how much time you spend working, on social media, grocery shopping, etc. Then, you can figure out what isn’t serving you and remove that from your life. Next, determine what you can consolidate and what you can delegate. You don’t need to do EVERYTHING. In fact, you need to be able to fill your own cup in order to better serve others. Don’t forget to take time for yourself (aka your health and wellness).
Remember, if you want it to happen you have to be willing to put in the effort. If it is important to you, you will find a way.
