Movement Tip: Easy Kipping Pull Up Drill

Today we're bringing you an easy drill to help you better perform your kipping Pull ups!

A big issue athletes have with the kipping Pull is being able to cycle reps with efficiency. The easiest and first thing we need to get down is that big bar push away when we're in the top position of the Pull up.

By pushing yourself away from the bar at the top position of the pull up, your driving yourself back into your hollow hold and then into your superman hold. Give it a try and let us know in the comments if this drill helped you!
