Corian and Rachel have been working hard in the gym. They both know what they want and are getting after it. But injuries happen the the best of us. Both ladies are currently working through some pain and trying not to let it slow them down too much.
Remember to take time to treat your “problem areas”. It’s not always the best decision to push through the pain. You need to take care of yourself in order to heal yourself.
What are some ways to treat injuries:
- Rest Days
If you have an injury talk to a coach! We do not want you to exacerbate anything. We want you to get better!
Back and core injures plague a lot of us and they can be very troublesome. This is because the rest of your body relies heavily on the muscles in your core to function properly. You know, doing everyday things like sitting, standing, bending, etc.
