After we learn a bit more about you and you us, we can determine the next best steps customized to your goals, needs, and fitness level. After we determine your goals, we can prescribe the best plan for you. If we decide we are a good fit for each other we will lay out a plan to get started. If not, we will gladly share some FREE resources with you. Either way, this is a great starting point and you will leave this meeting with some great advice. You can expect to spend about 30 minutes visiting the gym. Most of all, your first visit is a great way to determine if Peak Performance Fitness Facility is a good fit for you.
